Red Bull: excellent qualifying for Vettel, Webber a little disappointed

Third time for Sebastian Vettel in qualifying for the Australian Grand Prix. The German made the most of his Red Bull RB5, keeping pace with the two Brawn GPs. Mark Webber was a little disappointed as he was hoping for a better result.

SEBASTIAN VETTEL
"It's been a difficult two days. In free practice I only managed to complete one lap in the first session, then I made a mistake in the second, which means we didn't complete the entire programme. Then I had a failure this morning which cost us some useful time, so the weekend didn't get off to an ideal start! However, I think we reacted well; we carefully analyzed the data and prepared well for qualifying. Thanks to everyone. We've had a difficult winter and I'm surprised how the feeling in the car is so close to that of last year. With all the changes to the rules it's impressive what the technicians have managed to do, both at the front and in the middle of the pack. Before we wondered if we would have passed Q1, now we're on the second row, I can't wait to race in the race. It's certainly a good starting point."

MARK WEBBER
"I'm not very happy with my last lap. My previous laps went well so I was hoping for a better result but that's it and we'll try to do something in the race. The bumps are quite severe at turn 9 on the last run. The team did a great job and we worked well in the winter. It's a shame we didn't do better in qualifying, we'll see what tomorrow's race brings us."
