Ferrari has decided to wait until the three F1 Grands Prix in July before making a decision on whether to focus on next season.

Team principal Stefano Domenicali said in Canada two weeks ago that the Maranello team would make a decision on this year's season after Silverstone, when the FIA ​​would implement the exhaust blower ban.

But according to the German newspaper Speed ​​Week, Ferrari, galvanized by the good performances in Monaco and Canada, will now wait for the races in Valencia, Silverstone, Nurburgring and Hungary before deciding whether to continue developing the current 150° Italia.

Nikolas Tombazis, Ferrari's chief designer, confirmed: “We have made a lot of progress in the last few months and I think it has been visible in the last few races and we hope that this trend continues. The results of the next races will tell us whether we still have a chance to fight for the championships this year, even if we are quite behind in terms of points."
