The FIA has confirmed the points where it will be possible to exploit the DRS system in the Turkish Grand Prix, the 16th round of the 2021 Formula 1 World Championship.

After the victory won by Lewis Hamilton in Russia and Max Verstappen's splendid comeback from the back of the grid to second place, teams and drivers will return to battle at Istanbul Park, a circuit that returned to the calendar last year and which will replace Singapore this season .

The race commission, for the weekend, has chosen to activate two DRS zones, which will be positioned on the main straight and in the stretch leading from turns 11 to 13. There will be two activation points, which will be placed before the 14th and of the 11th.

The program, as usual, includes two free practice sessions on Friday (10.30am - 14.00pm), one on Saturday (11.00am - 12.00pm) and qualifying on Saturday (14.00pm). The start of the Grand Prix is scheduled for Sunday at 14.00 pm.
