F1 | Schumacher happy with Magnussen's arrival at Haas: "His experience will help me"

At the end of the three days of pre-season testing on the Sakhir track in Bahrain, Mick Schumacher wholeheartedly promoted Haas' choice to bet on Kevin Magnussen for the 2022 Formula 1 season, underlining how the speed and experience of the Danish driver, who returned to Formula 1 after a year of "purgatory", will help the team to rapidly progress the technical project of the VF-22.

“I think I will be able to benefit from his experience on the track,” said the young German pilot. “Kevin is a good point of reference and being able to compare myself with him in terms of performance will allow me to express myself at my best. In all sincerity, I feel a lot of curiosity and I can't wait to compete with him."

“Magnussen is a fast driver, as well as very experienced, and this will allow the team to progress as quickly as possible,” he concluded.
