Formula 1 | Toto Wolff opens up to the Andretti-Cadillac duo

In the press conference welcoming James Vowles, new Williams Team Principal, Toto wolff touched on the "hot" topic of this period, namely the intention to Cadillac to join Formula 1 together with the structure led by Michael Andretti.

According to the Austrian manager, the interest of a manufacturer is as important as General Motors it is certainly a positive factor for the entire world of Formula 1, even if a possible green light can only be given when Liberty Media and the FIA, as well as the teams themselves, establish the real intentions of the American brand, especially in a future perspective.

“The collaboration between Andretti and a company like Cadillac is undoubtedly a positive factor,” said the Mercedes Team Principal. “There are aspects that certainly need to be evaluated, but no one can doubt the pedigree and experience of two brands such as Cadillac and General Motors. These are global companies in the automotive landscape."
