F1 | Red Bull's suspicions about the Mercedes rear wing: Matteo Bobbi's analysis [VIDEO]
The dispute between Red Bull and Mercedes continues over the rear wing of the W12
During the live broadcast of the third free practice session valid for the Qatar Grand Prix, the third to last round of the 2021 Formula 1 world championship, Matteo Bobbi explained the reasons that are leading Red Bull to protest against the Mercedes rear wing, specifying how this the latter, according to the technicians of the Milton Keynes-based team, would have the possibility of flexing in the lower area, even with the DRS closed, an aspect that would allow the W12 to have a sort of pre-opening of the mobile wing and therefore a greater straight line speed.
At the moment, the FIA has not found anything irregular on the car of the world champion team, but further checks have not been ruled out over the next few hours. See you tomorrow, 15.00pm on Sky Sport F1 HD, for the start of this Qatar Grand Prix. Lewis Hamilton will start from pole position ahead of his title rival, Max Verstappen, and the Mercedes of his teammate, Valtteri Bottas.
