Massa: “Too many problems during pitstops”

Felipe Massa has pointed out that he was slowed down by too many problems during his stops at the Turkish F1 GP. The Brazilian from Ferrari finished the race in 11th position, outside the points zone.

“The start was good and I passed several cars on the track,” said Massa.

“Then I pitted at the right time and in a good position, but the pitstop was slow and I had a problem, then I found myself behind Lewis Hamilton and was right in front of him at the stop. Then we also had a problem in the third pitstop so I lost positions, I went out on the dirty side at turn 8, it was completely dirty so I went straight so as not to turn around" explained the Ferrari driver.

“So I lost a lot of positions and at the last pitstop we had another problem so…everything happened in the race. In any case, the positive thing is that the car was, I might say, competitive in terms of race pace and I think that's a positive thing for Barcelona" added Massa.
