F1 | 2008 World Championship, Felipe Massa feels like the legitimate world champion
One of the lawyers assisting Massa, Bernando Viana, returned to the issue and declared that the timescales had lengthened: “FIA and FOM are completing an internal investigation – he said, interviewed by PlanetF1 – They have asked for a final extension with respect to the deadline initially requested, from 12 October to 15 November. We accepted this because, if the new administration truly looks into this matter in good faith, it will surely reach the same conclusion that we and so many people around the world have reached.
Viana then added: "We would like to know, from those who are now in charge of Formula 1, the position on the recently discovered scandal and the injustice suffered by Felipe Massa."
