F1 | FOPA-Liberty Media controversy, Ecclestone: “I'm available to lend a hand, I don't want my sport to fall apart”

In these hours the world of Formula One is shaken by the controversy raised by most of the members of the FOPA (the association of organizers linked to Formula One Grand Prix) which pointed the finger at the management adopted by Liberty Medium, the American giant that has been at the head of the Circus for two years.

The former patron of the top class could act as peacemaker in this dispute Bernie Ecclestone who, interviewed by the Daily Mail, offered himself for this delicate role: "They just tell me what to do and I do it. If they want my help I will be happy to give it. I don't want the sport I created to fall apart when I die".

In recent days, some rumors have been circulating around Ecclestone's name that the 88-year-old British entrepreneur is ready to take over the Formula One share package from Liberty Media, thus returning to the helm of the Circus.
