F1 | Haas, a new package will be introduced in the United States
Team principal Guenther Steiner announces: "We will make changes to the bargeboards and the bottom of the car"
On the occasion of the home GP in the United States, the Haas will bring the latest seasonal updates to the VF-17. It was announced Guenther Steiner, team principal of the American team: “This year is the final update for our car. The modifications appear on the bargeboards and on the bottom of the car. They are easily recognisable”.
Fresh from the excellent Suzuka weekend, Romain Grosjean e Kevin Magnussen in front of their home supporters they hope to get back into the points. According to Steiner, however, the real value of the VF-17 in Austin will only be quantifiable from Friday: “As I have always said, making predictions about the mid-table battle this year is impossible. Anything could happen. And it doesn't just depend on us, but also on how much other teams can improve. With everyone being so close, obviously anything can happen. Last year we scored one point (Grosjean 10th, ed.), we will try to improve this year”.
