The battle over the budget cap continues unabated. “The limit imposed by the budget cap is deciding what we can do – Binotto said last weekend. We can't waste resources, so I believe we will bring updates when we have a significant one. In Monaco we only brought a new front suspension to play on the steering angle, and then there is Baku, a street circuit, so I believe that new developments will arrive for the British Grand Prix."
