F1 | AlphaTauri, Gasly and Kvyat will start alongside the Ferraris in Barcelona

Another good result in qualifying for AlphaTauri, which in Barcelona will start from the fifth row with Gasly and from the sixth with Kvyat. The two bulls will start next to the Ferraris of Leclerc and Vettel, also to give a bit of the dimension in which the Scuderia del Cavallino finds itself at the moment. However, credit goes to the Faenza team, with the Frenchman once again managing to get into the top ten. Kvyat can also be satisfied, able to solve the problems he had during the day.

“I think that as a team we can be satisfied with having entered Q3 once again, especially after a difficult Friday in which I wasn't so comfortable with the car – Gasly said. For qualifying we managed to make a good step forward. I did a good lap in Q2 and we decided to keep the harder tires for the race. We only had four sets of softs available, so I started Q2 on used tires and it wasn't easy, but we did it. Q3 was really close, and although I can be satisfied in the end, there is always a bit of regret inside me for not having squeezed a few more cents out of the car. Tomorrow's race won't be easy, but I hope I can score some points and make up for the missed opportunity from last weekend."

“This morning I struggled with the behavior of the car, but we made a good step forward for qualifying – Kvyat admitted. I'm quite satisfied, today's session was good, I think I had a great lap. Twelfth position is good for starting the race and trying to fight for the points, taking advantage of the fresher tyres. I hope I can have a good pace so I can finish in the top ten again."
