Adrian Sutil has been penalized three places on the grid for obstructing Mark Webber in qualifying for the Bahrain Grand Prix. The driver had qualified in 16th position but today he will start from 19th place.
The Red Bull driver was eliminated in Q1 after the episode with the German.
“I just tried to stay in my position to have a clear track at the start of the lap. It was a misunderstanding and I apologized to Mark after the end of the session” commented Sutil.
