Il United States Grand Prix, held last October 22nd on the Austin track, could undergo changes to the final ranking. The conditional is more than ever a must in these cases, as the Haas with an official request he claimed a right to review the results achieved on the Texan track due to violation of the track limits  at turn 6 by various drivers in particular Alexander Albon, Sergio Perez, Logan Sargeant and Lance Stroll.

The first hearing will take place on Wednesday 8 November, where new elements not previously present will be provided. Should the stewards determine that such evidence constitutes evidence, a second hearing would be convened on a date to be determined later. In addition to Haas and Williams, Red Bull and Aston Martin were also called to attend.

In Austin, in what represents the home race for Haas, the American team concluded the race close to the points zone with Nico Hulkenberg finishing 11th, taking advantage of the disqualifications of Lewis Hamilton's Mercedes and Charles Leclerc's Ferrari.
