Two points on both pilots' licenses

The pilot of the Toro Rosso and McLaren were awarded two penalty points on their license after the Grand PrixAustria.
Both were given a drive-through during the race but to Race Direction it wasn't enough and he imposed further penalties for the two incidents.
Daniil Kvyat caused an accident involving Max Verstappen e Fernando Alonso to curve 1 while Stoffel vandoorne he ignored the blue flags for two laps.
The Russian pilot now has seven points on his license as Carlos Sainz e Sebastian Vettel; the Belgian has five.
