Trulli at Caterham also for 2012, at least for the moment
The future of Jarno Trulli to the Caterham(formerly known as Team Lotus) is certainly not what it seems. The driver was registered as a starting driver in the official list that the Malaysian team handed over to FIA but nothing is certain, in fact Tony Fernandes was quite cryptic about Trulli, giving an answer not in line with the one given on Kovalainen, about which he said:
"Heikki is not selling. He wants to create something unique with our team."
While on Trulli he declared: “We have registered Trulli as our official driver at the FIA, therefore currently has a contract with us."
Yet both have a contract for 2012. So the rumors that Ricciardo or Vegne would join Caterham could be true based on the statements of Helmut Marko: “They need to gain further experience.”
