Exchange of helmets between the Scuderia Ferrari drivers and Jorge Lorenzo

On the occasion of the Barcelona Grand Prix, Jorge Lorenzo, official rider of the Movistar Yamaha MotoGP team, met Fernando Alonso and Kimi Räikkönen, the official riders of the Scuderia Ferrari, at the Cavallino pits on the Circuit de Catalunya.

The event took place on the eve of the Grand Prix and saw the three world champions exchange racing helmets in the name of shared values ​​such as sportsmanship and the desire to excel. These are the same values ​​inherent in the Alfa Romeo DNA which for 2014 has chosen Jorge Lorenzo as the brand's testimonial around the world.

In particular, Jorge Lorenzo - the only Spanish rider to have won two titles in the premier class of motorcycling - wanted to donate two helmets bearing the Alfa Romeo logo.

Riding his official Yamaha YZR-M1, multiple champion Lorenzo is tackling the 2014 MotoGP World Championship with the same symbol clearly visible on his racing suit and helmet, sealing an important agreement between one of the most well-known and appreciated riders in international level and the Alfa Romeo brand which best expresses Italian style and motoring experience combined with a unique and winning spirit of challenges and competition.
