Caterham sues representatives of dismissed employees
The lawsuit filed for lack of notice and payment was announced on Monday
The internal war between the workers and the management continues without holds barred Caterham and after the recent communication from the lawyers of the dismissed staff, the team's response has now arrived.
“Having learned with great concern the news of the lawsuit brought by a group of employees who they say were fired without due justification following the change of ownership, the team has decided to report those who are supporting these people and request compensation for the damage to their image suffered and for the false information disclosed. In fact, the staff was hired by a company supplying the one that actually has the license for F1 and not directly by it and, contrary to what was declared, the salaries were paid on 25 July, i.e. a week before they were due."
