IMSA | Zak Brown on the 24 Hours of Daytona: “Alonso? He participates to win, but we have to be realistic”
“A Top Five or podium would be fine,” the Woking chief executive stressed

For Zak Brown there are few chances of seeing Fernando Alonso on the top step of the podium at the end of the 24 Hours of Daytona, which starts this evening at 20pm (Italian time).
On the Spaniard, who qualified with the 13th time aboard the Ligier LMP2 of the United Autosports team, the Woking technical director said: “A Top Five or even a podium would be fine, but I'd be surprised if we walked away on Sunday with a watch (awarded by Rolex, sponsor of the race, to the winners, ed.)”.
"Fernando is here to win, we are all here to win, but we also have to be realistic. It wouldn't be fair if I said we have the same chance as Cadillac and Acura,” Brown emphasized.
