IMSA | Jan Magnussen ready to race the 24 Hours of Daytona with his son: "Kevin thinks it's a good idea"

In a chat given to BT Sports, Jan Magnussen spoke about his son's possible commitment to the 24 Hours of Daytona, underlining how Corvette would be ready to welcome the young Danish driver into its line-up.

Jan's dream, in fact, is to race and win the 24 Hours together with Kevin, so as to achieve an objective that would be absolutely historic for the entire Magnussen family.

Gunther Steiner, precisely in this sense, did not exclude a possible involvement of the former Renault in the US race, underlining how the Haas would have no problem licensing their driver to run in one of the most characteristic races overseas.

Here are the words of Jan Magnussen: “Me and Kevin together at the 24 Hours of Daytona? I think it's a good idea. Likewise, Corvette and Kevin think it's a good idea. Everyone thinks it's a good idea. We just need to work out the logistics."
