F1 | Vasseur on the renewal of the Sauber-Alfa partnership: “Negotiations are ongoing”

The Spielberg weekend will not be like many others for Alfa Romeo which, in Styria, is celebrating its 111th anniversary. In addition to the celebration of the birth of the Biscione, there is another aspect that takes center stage in Hinwil: that relating to the renewal of the partnership between Sauber and Alfa whose agreement expires at the end of the year. Team principal Frederic Vasseur discussed the topic, underlining how negotiations are progressing and the agreement could be signed in the coming weeks.

"There's no need to worry about my contract – declared Vasseur – I'm working for Sauber and I'm fine. As for Alfa Romeo, negotiations are ongoing and progress is underway. I hope that in the next few weeks we will be able to close something. We're offering the same answer as last week".
