Excellent qualification for Carlos Sainz on the Portimao track, scene of the third round of the 2021 Formula 1 world championship. Interviewed by Sky Sport F1 HD, the Ferrari Spaniard promoted the feeling with the SF21 with flying colors, underlining how the small changes to the balance made after Imola allowed him to improve his confidence with the car. An important step forward which allowed him, for the first time in the season, to qualify ahead of his Ferrari teammate, Charles Leclerc.

The objective for tomorrow now will be to best implement what was done today, so as to give important points to the team for the fight for third place in the constructors' championship.
