F1 | Ferrari, third and fourth row for the Ferraris in Portimao

Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc will start from the third and fourth rows respectively in the Portuguese Grand Prix which starts tomorrow at 15pm local time (16pm CET) at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve.

Q3. Like only the two fastest teams, Scuderia Ferrari Mission Winnow managed to bring both its drivers to the final stage of qualifying, which Charles managed to access with an extraordinary lap on Medium tires which will allow him to start with this mixes in the race.

In the decisive minutes both Carlos and Leclerc had two attempts available on Soft tyres. Sainz stopped the clock with the fifth fastest time, at 1'19"039, while his teammate had to settle for the 1'19"306 obtained in the first flying lap since he made a small mistake in the second. The Monegasque will therefore start from eighth position.
