After hearing the sound of the Renault Power Unit on the McLaren in the morning, it is now Ferrari that makes its 6 V2019 roar for the first time. With a post on social networks, the Italian Scuderia revealed the sound of the new Formula 1 car which will be officially presented on Friday 15 February in Maranello.
The power unit, which had already previously run on the test bench, was switched on after being mounted for the first time on the chassis of the new 2019 single-seater. After the presentation, the team will move to the Barcelona track, where it is expected for the first test pre-season from 18 to 21 February.
