F1 | Brown: “Honda is doing a great job with Toro Rosso”

The executive director of McLaren acknowledged that the Japanese manufacturer is putting a lot of effort into the new collaboration with the Italian team.

If on one hand Toro Rosso experienced no engine problems and managed to accumulate the most laps during the first pre-season test, on the other hand McLaren has had four problems with its car in the last two days, causing concern in the paddock.

When asked if he was impressed by the reliability of Honda So far, Brown said they're doing a good job:

“In the beginning there's a lot of comparisons between us and them. But Eric and the whole team are focused on our program and we are very confident that we will have a good season. Honda, they're doing a good job, we know they're a great company and it was only a matter of time before they saw some improvements and they're doing a good test, good for them.".
