The Spaniard and the German boast three victories each, united by the triumph achieved in Ferrari
This weekend Formula One will be on stage in Bahrain, on the Sakhir track, for the second seasonal round of the 2018 Formula One World Championship.
The drivers who boast the highest number of successes in the Bahrain Grand Prix are Fernando Alonso and Sebastian Vettel, who stand out in this particular ranking with three successes each.
The Spaniard won in the 2005-2006-2010 editions, while the German triumphed in 2012-2013-2017. Both achieved their victories with two different teams, united by the triumph achieved in Ferrari.
In fact, Alonso opened his adventure in red in 2010 with the success achieved in Sakhir, thus emulating Fangio/Musso, Baghetti, Andretti, Mansell and Raikkonen who immediately conquered the top step of the podium in their first Ferrari.
Vettel's success, however, is more recent and dates back to last season, when on Easter Sunday the four-time world champion managed to impose himself in Bahrain by getting the better of his rival Hamilton.
As regards the ranking of pole positions, the quartet made up of M. Schumacher, Vettel, Rosberg and Hamilton is in the lead with 2. Ferrari, on the other hand, is the team with the most successes (5).
