Webber is waiting for the end of the crisis to decide on his future
di F1 editorial team15 June, 2009
Mark Webber is another driver who is waiting for the resolution of the crisis in F1 to decide his future. The Australian's current contract with Red Bull was renewed last year and expires at the end of this season. Nick Heidfeld, Fernando Alonso and Nico Rosberg are also awaiting the outcome of the dispute between Max Mosley and the teams, as is rookie Bruno Senna.
“There is no need to talk to anyone at the moment,” Webber told the German publication Auto Motor und Sport. “No one knows what and where he will drive next year.”
Mark Webber has been racing in F1 since 2002 and before joining Red Bull he drove for Minardi, Jaguar and Williams.
