Virgin Racing: A retirement and an 18th place at Silverstone
di manuel11 July 2010
Timo Glock – Pos 18:
“I had a bad start and once again lost position to Jarno and Heikki. During the race I tried to stay close to the Lotus, so at the pitstop with the guys who did a good job I managed to overtake Heikki. I then approached Jarno and tried to keep up with him, but at a certain point I had oversteer problems and almost lost the car. So Heikki overtook me and I finished behind the Lotus. On a positive note, I had good pace and was happy with the car.”
Lucas di Grassi - retired:
“We didn't have a good day. The car was good at the start but then we lost hydraulic pressure and that was the end of my race. I'm obviously disappointed, but on a positive note, the car is showing progress and I'm looking forward to the next race.”
