Bianchi's family will sue the FIA and Marussia
Jules' parents are calling for justice over the October 5, 2014 incident
The family of Jules Bianchi, who passed away last July 17 after nine months in a coma, has decided to file a lawsuit against the FIA, Marussia and F1 Group led by Ecclestone.
The reason? The inability of those involved to admit their faults.
“The driver's relatives deemed it necessary to appeal to justice to define the intent of each of the implicated bodies and whose shortcomings led car #17 to impact a crane stationed in the escape route during the 2014 Japanese GP ” – we read on the signed document Stewarts Law, a study that is dealing with the case.
The main point of the accusation of the parents of the driver from Nice was the superficiality of the organization which nevertheless started a race which had been known for some time to be affected by a violent storm.
“We are only asking for justice but so far we have not yet been given a clear answer on the true reasons for our son's death which could have been avoided with a little more attention” – the father's voice Philippe.
Meanwhile, in these hours the Jules Bianchi Society , an organization that will take care of young talents interested in entering motorsport.
