Luciano Burti: “Bianchi's chances of recovery? Very few"

I have passed 18 days from the tragic Formula 1 Japanese GP where Jules Bianchi's Marussia, in the final stages of the race, violently impacted a crane that was moving Sutil's crashed Sauber from the escape route. The French driver's crash was terrible, and almost three weeks later he still finds himself hospitalized in intensive care unit at Yokkaichi Hospital. Since the father of the Nice pilot himself underlined that his son's condition remained critical but stable, there has no longer been a press release. To try to shed some light on Jules' situation, he tries Luciano burti, a former Formula 1 driver, is currently a commentator on Formula 1 races for Rede Globo television.

“Some people who know Bianchi's situation better told me his chances of recovery there are very few – commented the former Jaguar and Prost driver on the radio Jovem Pan – Even if he survives, the percentage by which he could regain a normal life is really low. The fact that he didn't die instantly it was a miracle. We are all aware of this fact."
