Renault seeks improvement in qualifying

Eric boullier, Renault team principal, is convinced that Renault will improve in qualifying. The team is currently fourth in the Constructors' Championship, slightly ahead of Mercedes; both teams are chasing Red Bull, McLaren and Ferrari.

Although the Renault team has a good race pace, qualifying still remains a problem, however Nick Heidfeld in particular, that he started in the top 10 only twice. However, the driver always managed to improve his placing in the race.

“James Allison (Renault technical director) and the guys in the team are working hard to resolve the problem. They're starting to understand what's missing from our car. Our car is fast, sometimes very fast and I am sure that we will be able to put everything in place, to be fast on any occasion."

“There is no magic wand, we have to work many hours in the wind tunnel to get where we want” concluded Boullier.
