Formula 1 | Williams, Stroll enthusiastic: “Racing at Silverstone is always special”

In the classic preview published on the Williams website, Lance Stroll and Sergey Sirotkin spoke about the next British Grand Prix, the tenth round of the 2018 Formula One world championship, underlining how both will give their all for the team's home race. After the heavy misstep in Austria, in fact, the team's objective will be to exploit all the opportunities that come their way, seeking a points finish which has now been missing since the Baku race.

Here are the words of Lance Stroll: “The fans at Silverstone are always fantastic. They are not only enthusiastic, but also very knowledgeable and love motorsport. It's always special to have a home race and obviously this is the case for the Williams team. It's a fantastic track and a lot of fun when driving a Formula One car. It has a lot of high-speed corners and here you can feel the car come to life. This will be a fantastic event."

Here are Sergey Sirotkin's impressions: “Silverstone is a fantastic track and is the team's home race. I have some good memories there. It's definitely one of those races that everyone looks forward to. I heard that we will have a new track asphalt so it will be interesting to understand how it goes. It will be difficult performance-wise, but I will try to do my best in our home GP."
