Formula 1 | Vettel with a Red Bull helmet in the Mexican Grand Prix [PHOTO]

Sebastian Vettel showed up at the Mexican Grand Prix weekend with a very special helmet. The four-time German world champion, today at Aston Martin will wear the colors of Red Bull, the team with which he rose to the top of the world from 2010 to 2013 to honor the memory of Dietrich Mateschitz, patron of the Austrian brand who passed away last week at age of 78 years. It's very special to see such a brand on an opposing car, but no special authorization was needed, given the link between Vettel himself and Red Bull, as well as between the two companies, given that Aston Martin was the team's title sponsor Austrian for three seasons from 2018 to 2020.

Dietrich Mateschitz was a pioneer and legend not only of @redbullracing, but of our sport.

As a tribute and mark of respect, Sebastian Vettel will return to one of his original, iconic helmet designs at this weekend's #MexicoGP.
