Formula 1 | Kubica on the new experience in Alfa: “I hope for a simpler situation”
“You can never say for sure what can go wrong,” the Pole said
Interviewed by motorsport-total.com, Robert Kubica spoke about his new experience within the Alfa Romeo Racing team, underlining how the hope is to face a profoundly different season compared to the one in Williams.
The Pole, in fact, hopes to be able to work peacefully, without technical or financial problems that could ruin the development process of the single-seater.
Kubica, we remember, will return to take on the role of third driver at Hinwill and will tackle some free practice sessions at the wheel of the future C39, the car with which Kimi Raikkonen and Antonio Giovinazzi will face the next Formula 1 world championship.
“At Williams we thought it couldn't get any worse than the previous season, but we were wrong,” said the Pole. “You can never say for sure what can go wrong. Personally I hope for a simpler life now."
