According to what was reported by the newspaper sportbusiness.com, the Red team is in negotiations with the American multinational IT company Hewlett-Packard (HP) for a sponsorship agreement worth at least 100 million per season, although the duration of the agreement is not yet clear Between the parts.
An innovation that would allow the Cavallino to expand its range of sponsors, which includes among the main ones - at the moment - the Shell, VGW Play, Santander and Puma brands. The agreement with HP would follow along the lines of those already present in the Circus between Oracle and Red Bull Racing, a partnership launched in 2021, and Aramco/Aston Martin, with the Arab oil brand which became the title sponsor of Lawrence Stroll's team at the beginning of this year. HP, we remember, has already been the main sponsor of Williams between the 2000 and 2005 seasons and is currently present in the Circus with the HPE brand on Mercedes and Sauber.
