Formula 1 | Bruno Famin: “Gasly and Ocon are happy in Alpine”

Very complicated start to the season forAlpine, which failed to score even one point in four races. It was known that the A524 was very slow, and in Japan it was stripped by practically everyone, with Or with e gasly at the mercy of his opponents. Despite the updates brought to Suzuki, the single-seater did not give its drivers anything good. Bruno Famin, team principal of the transalpini spoke on the official pages of formula 1 of this very negative moment, but first of all he wanted to thank the two Frenchmen for their dedication to their work and for how they are trying to make up for it with their feedback during the sessions in the simulator and on the track.

“We are happy with Gasly and Ocon, and they are happy with us – Famin said. We talk to them constantly, we are focused on the future and see what we can do. There are ups and downs, we are in a negative period but we have a strong project, with a long-term vision and which does not need to be convinced to stay. I would like to use this opportunity to thank them: we are in a difficult position, it is not the start to the season we wanted and I appreciate how constructive they are with the team, not only in communicating with journalists but also internally. When looking for solutions for the car, both Pierre and Esteban are very helpful."
