Formula 1 | Andretti and Cadillac Racing together for a new team in the near future

Like a bolt from the blue, this afternoon Andretti and General Motors made official the collaboration between Andretti Autosport and Cadillac Racing for the birth of a new Formula 1 team. Over the last year, above all, the great Mario has demonstrated several times the interest in joining the Circus, but in the paddock there seemed to be more of a sort of wall than a truly general favorable opinion of the initiative, so much so that there were several rumors regarding which team could join the "Piedone" family ” to start this adventure. At this point Andretti has knocked on the door of General Motors, and with today's announcement, Cadillac Racing is starting its Formula 1 project, but it is not yet known when (and if) this entry will take place, also because we will have to wait for the approval of the FIA ​​and the Circus itself. What is certain is that the power unit will be from a manufacturer already present in Formula 1, and it cannot be ruled out that Renault could be the main suspect in supplying the engines to the possible new team.
