F1 | Wurz on the Hamilton – Verstappen challenge: “Max will try to win the title”

Alexander Wurz believes in a Hamilton - Verstappen challenge for the 2020 title. Interviewed by the English press, the Austrian spoke about the world championship which will start next Sunday in Austria, underlining how all the underdogs are on the side not only of Lewis Hamilton, But also Max Verstappen, the “silent” protagonist of the tests in Barcelona.

According to the President of the Grand Prix Drivers' Association, the Red Bull has managed to create a technical package that is up to the task, an aspect that will help the Dutchman fight for the title until the last Grand Prix of this troubled 2020 world championship.

“I would bet my money on Hamilton, but it certainly won't be a walk in the park for him,” said Alexander Wurz. “Verstappen will certainly be closer than last year and will push hard to win the title. I don't know if it will be enough, but he will try."
