F1 | Rosberg: “It will be fantastic to watch the battle between Leclerc and Hamilton”

2025 will bring the couple that will potentially be the most talented on the grid, the Ferrari team made up of Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton. The Englishman, who is preparing to play his last season with Mercedes, has succumbed to the Cavallino court and from next season he will settle in red where he will take the place of Carlos Sainz.

Nico Rosberg, who was Hamilton's teammate at Mercedes and managed among other things to get the better of the Englishman in the 2016 world championship contest, underlined how it will be very interesting to observe the challenge that Lewis himself and future teammate Leclerc.

“We're looking forward to this dynamic,” Rosberg told Sky Sports F1. “Charles doesn't seem like someone who gets into too much conflict with his teammate. This will make things easier, maybe it won't be too extremely spicy."

Rosberg then added: “However Charles is probably the second best driver in qualifying after Max Verstappen, it will be a tough battle for both of us. I think the level could be quite similar, so it will be great to see."
