F1 | Red Bull, Horner realistic: “We need a miracle to win the Constructors' World Championship”

In Abu Dhabi, where the last round of the 2021 Formula 1 World Championship will take place, not only Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton will compete for the title but also Mercedes and Red Bull as far as the constructors are concerned. In this regard, Chris Horner admitted, in all honesty, that it will be almost impossible for the Milton Keynes team to prevail over the Star. Between the two teams there is currently a 28 point advantage in favor of Brackley.

"This team put together a phenomenal season this year, we won 10 games – declared Horner, quoted by Formula1.com – We took Mercedes, and who would have thought it this year, and took the challenge to the last race: who would have thought it. In the constructors we are at a disadvantage, we need a miracle to win it. We have one more chance to try to win the drivers' title with Max and we will give everything we can, we will prepare. Horner then, completing his analysis, added: “We are still in play for the World Championship thanks to the race victories. Now Mercedes have won three in a row, Max has won two before. Who will win this weekend? I have no idea. The performances of the last races tell us that Mercedes has an advantage. Max fought like a lion in Jeddah, he gave everything".
