F1 | McLaren, Piastri: “We prepared ourselves as best we could”

Presentation McLaren MCL38 – This morning the McLaren MCL38 was presented and will take to the track today in a promotional filming session. Oscar Piastri, who last year was named best rookie of the season, is determined to start this 2024, aware of the great work done in the factory.

“It's great to be able to get behind the wheel of the MCL38 for the first time today. It's an important milestone in our development for the season and I'm happy to see it in its new colours. We can't say where we are in terms of competitiveness until we test in Bahrain, but we have prepared to the best of our ability by working in the simulator, closely with everyone who designed and built the car, making sure we are ready to get off to a great start. A huge thank you to the team for everything they have done so far to prepare us for 2024. I'm really excited to start my second season in F1."
