F1 | Portuguese GP, Leclerc finishes sixth in FP3 in Portimao

Charles Leclerc and Sebastian Vettel took sixth and eleventh place respectively in the third free practice session of the Portuguese Grand Prix at the Autòdromo Internacional do Algarve. The session ended a minute early after Sebastian Vettel uncovered part of the rainwater drainage grate at the exit of turn 14. There were no consequences for his SF1000.

Track improving. As expected, the asphalt conditions improved as the cars deposited rubber on the road surface and so the times dropped significantly. Charles and Sebastian achieved their respective best results on the Soft tire in 1'17”229 (20 laps completed) and 1'17”685 (24).

Program. At 14pm (CET) it will be time for qualifying, while the Portuguese Grand Prix will start tomorrow at 13.10pm.
