F1 | Ferrari, Arrivabene close to confirmation
Binotto is also expected to remain in Maranello as technical director
di Piero Ladisa19 October 2018
Maurice Arrivabene should be confirmed as team principal of Ferrari. According to what has emerged in the last few hours from the Italian press, Maranello will propose a contract renewal to the Brescia manager.
Thanks to the below-expected results achieved by Cavallino in the last few races, which have compromised the run-up in both world championship rankings, there has been no shortage of speculation on Arrivabene's future (among the various options there was also talk of his possible landing in the team stable at Juventus as general director, ed.) and on a possible internal war that arose between the latter and Mattia binotto.
Binotto himself should remain at Ferrari, continuing to hold the role of technical director.
