F1 | Alfa Romeo Sauber, Ericsson is already looking to 2019: "Today is not the end of the story, but the beginning of a new chapter"

With a post published on his social channels, Marcus Ericsson wanted to thank all the fans for the support shown in the last few hours, underlining how he will continue to offer his contribution to the team in the remaining events of this 2018 Formula 1 world championship. The Swede, we remember , will take on the role of third driver and brand ambassador of the Alfa Romeo Sauber team in 2019, with his official position to be taken by our own Antonio Giovinazzi.

Here are the words of Marcus Ericsson: “I am proud of what I have achieved in recent years in F1. I have always given 100%, putting my heart and soul into it.
