Ron Dennis defends Lewis Hamilton by responding to those who accused the Englishman of betrayal for moving to rival Mercedes.
“It's wrong to say that Lewis has left the team” – he told CBI Magazine – “In life, when there are discussions between multiple parties, it's never just one person who decides. If the conditions are not shared it is normal for us to separate. Of course there was the possibility of making him stay, but I don't think it was the right choice. On our part there is no hard feelings, the decisions taken at a professional level must be supported. We cannot wish him all the best as he is now our rival, but obviously not all the bad either...".
