BMW Sauber F1: Kubica and Heidfeld's comments after free practice at Spa

Robert Kubica:

L1: POS 9, 1:53.650 min / L2: POS 8, 1:47.578 min
"The conditions today were very variable. We started the first session on dry tyres, but then it started to rain and we were only able to do one timed lap. We took advantage of the weather conditions to do a few laps on wet tires to see the behavior of the car. In the second session we carried out intense work on set up and tire evaluation. It was quite difficult because we had to do a lot of things in a short time. We also tried new components on the car."

Nick Heidfeld:

L1: POS 14, 2:05.614 min / L2: POS 16, 1:48.017 min
"Everything went well. In the first session the rain interrupted our program. In the afternoon we carried out the usual comparison between the compounds with a quite surprising result: I found the hard compound to be the best."
