Bianchi, “Marussia's true potential will emerge from Spain”

Thanks to a fifteenth and thirteenth place obtained with a Marussia which obviously has several weaknesses, Jules Bianchi has definitely proven to be the revelation of this start of the 2013 world championship. Despite the few kilometers of testing behind him and consequently still all the learning to do, given that his seat until a few days before the start was occupied by Luiz Razia, the Frenchman has shown that he has what it takes to achieve good results, but as he reported to Autosport, for the best we will have to wait until he arrives in Europe.

“I don't want to say that I will be able to gain a second because I'm realistic – he said – In Melbourne I was at 90/95% of my possibilities, but I already felt ready and in tune with the car, I think therefore for Spain it could there will be a squaring of the circle given that we will also have some new pieces. Personally I think I'm in a good place with driving, I just have to try to recover that tenth which would be very useful for me and increase my confidence in the car. All in all I'm optimistic, every new development has been worth progress and now the further updates could give us the chance to close the gap with the mid-group teams."
