The FIA announces the times of the grand prix
In Russia the race will take place at 13pm

La FIA revealed this Monday the definitive starting times of the 19 grand prix scheduled for 2014.
The evening start for Bahrain has been confirmed to celebrate ten years of F1's presence, Canada and the United States have been postponed by an hour and the start of debutant Russia at 13pm.
