Sauber: Enthusiastic drivers at the Singapore track

Kamui Kobayashi – Pos 12:
“Wow – it really was the best being in the car here. I like the track especially turn 5. The bumps are not bad, I found it difficult to reach the limit today, because after the rain the correct line was very narrow. I made a few mistakes, but I didn't hit anything. We managed to improve the set-up between sessions, but we need to find a better balance to make the most of the tyres.”

Nick Heidfeld – Pos 13:
“Since it was my first day I am very happy. I had a lot of fun driving. At the beginning it was a bit difficult because the track was wet. I did a lot of laps to gain experience. For the second session we changed some things, but it is clear that two sessions are not enough to analyze everything. In many areas we can improve with the machine set-up. The track has improved in terms of bumps compared to 2009.”
