Mercedes dictates the lines of behavior for Hamilton and Rosberg

The waste and poisons of the 2014 World Cup are vivid memories in Stuttgart. Last season there were too many controversies from Monte Carlo onwards and in the headquarters of the three-pointed star they wanted to avoid repeating the same mistake, with the "great frost" in the garage between the two teammates vying for the championship .

This is why on the eve of the Hungarian GP, Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg – separated in the standings by just 17 points (5-3 victories in favor of Hamilton) – they signed some "rules of engagement" aimed at regulating their probable and possible duels on the track.

The news was also confirmed by Nico: “We signed this good behavior agreement, some rules to respect at the start, when overtaking... Our relationship is complicated because obviously we both want to win. That's why we had some ups and downs."

The team principal Toto wolff explained the reason for a somewhat original choice: “What we asked is that they respect each other for the good of Mercedes. This is why we have established some rules."

Mercedes - obviously - has made nothing known regarding the sanction in case of violation of the agreements. Heavy fine, we imagine.
